When we see what is happening around the world, it brings us some inability to understand why things are going so wrong.
Indeed, international development programs keep on failing in the so-called “developing countries”. They assure to give help, but cause more damage. Is it now the time to change this and to make things right!
On one side, there are many social entrepreneurs who are making significant change in those countries.
On the other side, we have many young graduated people, with the best diplomas, who have trouble to get a job in the so-called “developed countries” because their lack of experience… But if nobody accepts to give them a chance, how will they ever get experience?
That is why we wanted to bring something new on the table. We believe that if we give the opportunity to the youth to find professional experience by improving relationship between Western and Southern countries… Something great will happen!
Therefore, we’ve decided to go and find those social entrepreneurs to ask them: “what should we do to be the most useful to you?”. Their answer was clear: “we need some skills, but we don’t have the money to find them.”
From there, we made this commitment to give them the skills they need, while solving the youth unemployment issue in Europe.

Before every mission, it is primordial to be ready! Every GI will need to receive a real training to investigate the situation in the field. With QUINOA, our partner, we will escort every GI to attend to the online training and to the “Immersion Camp”. During the 2-days camp, GIs will have the opportunity to learn everything about the mission, as well as cultural, history and geopolitical issues.
How will your GI experience run through?
There is four main step.
Most of our missions lasts 3 months, 6 months or 1 year long. We believe that under these lengths, GIs do not have time to do something meaningful. It takes time to make a change, that is why we seek for long-term relationship with our partners. However, in each season of life, actions need to be taken.
If you want to enroll yourself in one mission or another, you need at first to check the registration deadlines. Between the enrollment and the departure, GIs will receive their training and will need to prepare their mission.
One mission cost on average 2,400€ (it could change a little bit!) and here is how the money is allocated:
